Vitamins and minerals for potency

Vitamins and minerals participate in all basic functions of the body, which improves many metabolic processes. Unfortunately, the body is not able to produce or synthesize them on its own, which is why it is so important to constantly replenish them. Every physiological process requires their presence, otherwise there will be disorders.

Mineral components, including vitamins, are substances that are natural and essential for the proper functioning of the body. They enable not only the balance of cellular fluids or the proper functioning of healthy cells. The most important vitamins are B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A and Beta Karoten.

Vitamins from group B

Vitamins belonging to this group show many key functions in the human body. They act as a kind of foundation for the proper functioning of the sexual system in both women and men. They significantly affect the condition and balanced condition of blood vessels. They are responsible for their proper expansion and blood flow not only through the sexual system, but also through the entire body. B vitamins are therefore essential for the proper functioning of the sexual system.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C, called ascorbic acid, is a true antioxidant that fights all kinds of malfunctions, such as free radicals. Thanks to this, vitamin C affects the quality of semen, damaging the abnormal genetic material in sperm. The use of vitamin C prevents miscarriages in women. Insufficient administration of vitamin C may lead to numerous adverse effects such as reddening and bleeding of gums, weakening of immunity and anaemia. The daily requirement for this vitamin is about 60 mg.

Vitamin E

Tocopherol or vitamin E is an effective antioxidant of the human body, which fights free radicals and protects the body against lipid peroxides. It works most effectively in combination with vitamin C and beta-carotene. Vitamin takes part in the production of prostaglandins, which cause contraction of the uterus during sexual intercourse. Moreover, it participates in reproductive processes and thus prevents infertility. Its deficiency causes a decrease in gonadotropic hormones secretion, which is a result of sperm degeneration in men and disorders occurring during pregnancy. This has resulted in numerous miscarriages.

Vitamin A and Beta Carotene

Both vitamin A and beta-carotene play an extremely important role in the human body. First of all, they are necessary for the proper functioning of the visual organ, skin and the proper functioning of the reproductive system of women and men. Vitamin A takes part in almost all sex hormone syntheses. Moreover, they prevent the harmful effects of estrogens in women, because very low levels of this vitamin reduce the sex drive in women.
